As an independent third-party, Guild Quality interviews every client about his or her experience throughout the building process and provides immediate feedback to the Guild Quality Builder member.
Emerald Ventures joined this client surveying network as we feel client feedback is crucial to our success in delivering an exceptional home buying experience. Even as homeownership may not be as stable as it once was, it is still very much the American Dream. We would always welcome a return client as their housing needs change over the years. Equally as important, we would welcome their friends and family as clients as well. Nothing impacts our reputation more than the satisfaction or our clients. Guild Quality provides valuable, actionable client feedback so we can:
